Project Goal
This application is designed to be used as an interactive, educational application.
It was created and released under my custom, imaginary edutainment brand called "Polyped". The goal of the project was to design an effective method to communicate the
unique story and qualities of the Ant-mimicking Spider. 3D models
and assets were painted within Cinema 4D and exported for use in this custom designed
and built web application.

Design
From the beginning of the user experience, the user plays a mini-game that
challenges them to find out which "ant" is not like the others. This engages their curiosity and
encourages them to analyze the Ant-mimicking spider on their own.
Once they choose the correct option,
they are introduced to the main aplication where interesting information about the Ant-mimicking
is interactively organized and structured.

Narrative
Research
Extensive online research and data collection about the Ant-mimicking spider was carried out in order to construct a storyline for the application. The research was then reduced to the most compelling details and arranged into a cohesive, linear fashion that would carry out the application's storyline.
Establish
The user is sent on a quest of discovery. One of these bugs is not like the others. Can you spot the imposter bug?
Build
Revealing of the Ant-mimicking spider. Learn what makes the Ant-mimicking Spider different from a regular ant.
Resolve
Now that you know what an Ant-mimicking spider looks like, try finding one in your own backyard! Report your findings to iNaturalist.ca
